RSPL is energized by our vibrant, highly qualified, experienced and competent team of 100+ personnel covering managers, engineers, technicians & staff.
Mr. Ashok Wadhwa is an engineering graduate from the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering having done his B.Sc Electrical Engineering (Electronics) in 1971. Having worked post engineering in MNCs like Rallis India Ltd, Government of India Undertakings like National Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Dept of Electronics etc. as well as occupying senior positions in BPL Ltd and Systems Controls and Transformers Ltd , he decided to do an Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from FMS, Delhi University before doing an additional MBA from FMS, Delhi University in 1979. Mr.Wadhwa laid the foundation of Ritika Systems Pvt Ltd. in 1985 and has been working relentlessly to promote Solar Energy In India since then. He is currently acting as CEO and Director of Ritika Systems. With over 39 years of experience in the Industry, Mr.Wadhwa is considered as one of Stalwarts of India’s Solar Industry. Under his leadership, RSPL has grown by leaps and bounds and has made its presence felt for the three pillars of Quality, Commitment and Consistency in production.
Mr.Samarth Wadhwa is an engineering graduate from the prestigious Delhi University having done his BE (ECE) in 2011. Post engineering he did his Post Graduation in Marketing and Strategy form IIM Kozhikode. He is responsible for running the RSPL’s state of the art Solar Module Manufacturing unit in Neemrana having an annual manufacturing capacity of 40+60* MW. Being a second generation entrepreneur, Samarth, brings enthusiasm and zeal to the table along with a market strategy to achieve increased sales, with solid channel development and increased marketing penetration without compromising on quality.
